Acting Chair McCamic called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
A. Meeting Minutes:
Approval of minutes was tabled until the next meeting when more Board members will be present.
B. Subdivision Rules and Regulations Update:
J. O’Connell distributed his proposed revisions to Article V for review. They will be discussed at the next meeting.
C. Marsh Meadow OSRD Conservation Restriction:
M. Taylor noted that revisions to the Marsh Meadow OSRD Conservation Restriction that were requested by the Conservation Agent have been sent to the Jespersens’ attorney, who has forward them on to the Division of Conservation and Recreation for review and comment. A revised draft is pending.
Motion: A motion was made by J. O’Connell and seconded by J. Weis to accept the revisions to the Marsh Meadow Conservation Restriction proposed by the Conservation Agent and to refer the final version to the Conservation Commission for approval. The motion passed unanimously.
D. Colby Village:
It has come to the Board’s attention that a Certificate of Compliance has not yet been issued for the Colby Village project and that the catch basin hoods shown on the drawings and noted in the Order of Conditions were not installed. Release of remaining funds in the engineering review account for the project will be held until it is determined whether the drainage system meets the required design standards without the hoods.
On a motion made by J. O’Connell and seconded by J. Weis, the meeting was adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
